The Grand Tour: A new series to come at Amazon from ex BBC top gear hosts

Following the departure of top gears hosts over the dispute among Jeremy Clarkson and a producer last year, the trio have started settling a new show which will air at Amazon prime commencing at the last quarter of this year.
All we know is that they have initiated shooting from last fall and decided on the name and logo of their upcoming motor adventure. It is called “The Grand Tour”.

It is reported that the show will telecast thirty-six episodes over three seasons that 12 episodes per season.

The popular trio are not the only ones who left Top Gear last year, apparently top gears former executive producer Andy Wilman will also be joining Grand Tour as he owns independent production company in London through which they will produce Grand Tour.

Since the beginning of Grand Tour production, hosts had kept posting photos and videos in Twitter restlessly to keep their audience updated regarding Grand Tour.

Meanwhile while Grand Tour is under production, Top Gear has resumed their show with new host “Chris Evans and Matt Le Blanc” to air season 23 in May 2016. Regardless of its revamp in presentation, new Top gear is poorly greeted and rated by audiences and critics consequently.

On a different note on June 27th, the US version of Top Gear was cancelled after completing its sixth season. On the other hand, with no US competitor and bad reception of reincarnated British Top Gear, Jeremy, Richard and May can play a huge monopoly game in motor show market because of their immense popularity.

Whether the show will be loved or not, the anticipation till date is pretty massive.
